Healthy eating and daily exercise should be consider as as a lifestyle and not diet.

You should put more focus and effort into cultivating healthier habits.

Cutting down on unhealthy foods and working out more is only a part of it. This could even be considered as the best way to lose weight though it might not fit your description of the quickest way to lose weight.
